Tekgard believes the quality of our products and services is the single most important thing we do.
- ISO 9001:2000 Registered
- Onsite vendor audits and approved vendor lists
- Process Documentation stored & retrieved from database on network server
- Process Control Charts at critical locations measure & maintain process parameters
- Visual documentation at each work station
- Testing (HVAC) includes:
- Output cfm & BTU/hr Cooling & Heating, Pressure & Temperature Deltas, amp and voltage draw
- Before shipment, every ECU goes through endurance & performance test in our own Test Chamber
- Pre-shipment audits of finished product
Quality Assurance: At Tekgard, every employee is directly involved in our ISO 9001:2000 Program. Our commitment to quality is of the highest priority and is communicated to each member through training and a clear understanding of the absolute necessity for quality first performance.
This same quality philosophy is extended to our vendors, subcontractors and customers. Tekgard's ISO Certified quality system is applied to all programs, process control, procedures and documents, with quality inspections at each stage of the manufacturing process.
